No Man's Land by [personal profile] ellen_fremedon - Lord Peter Wimsey/Doctor Who crossover, Gen - An absolutely brilliant crossover. Peter and Bunter and Jack Harkness in World War I, with complications. Ellen is the only author I know who can seamlessly combine old school and new school Who canon believably, while staying true to the spirit of both. I was nervous and uncertain when I saw this crossover listed, but it works beautifully.

Lies the Color of Your Crimes by [livejournal.com profile] ficsoreal - White Collar, Peter/Neal - In which Neal tries (and fails) to lie to Peter. A little angstier than I usually go for, but very well done.

and anyone who's ever had a heart by [livejournal.com profile] liviapenn - White Collar, Elizabeth/Peter/Neal - Fabulous OT3 stretching from pre-series to well-post current canon. There really is nothing I don't love about this story.

Making Book by [archiveofourown.org profile] LJC - White Collar, Gen - OMG JUNE! I have been wanting June fic so much, and this really is everything I could have wished for.

Yin and Yang by [livejournal.com profile] therienne - White Collar/Leverage crossover, Gen - Incredibly cool concept and execution. Two independent perspectives on the same events. Each story stands somewhat on it's own, but both are required in order to see it all completely. I love that the two narratives are completely independent of each other, leaving the characters all knowing only their half of the story.

the christmas eve job by [archiveofourown.org profile] hardlygolden - Leverage, Gen - Christmas-themed fic that works. Great use of the whole team.

Evolution of a Geek by [livejournal.com profile] gumbie_cat - Leverage, Gen - Twelve year old Hardison discovers geekdom.

Behind the Scenes by [personal profile] pocketmouse - Slings & Arrows, Gen - Season one as seen through the eyes of the tech crew. Exactly the kind of thing fic is great for.

Follies by [personal profile] pocketmouse - Slings & Arrows, Gen - The cast of Hamlet do a charity performance of Hair. Gets musicals in the classics and politics in the musicals. I wouldn't want it any other way.

All That's Best of Dark and Bright by [livejournal.com profile] mmebahorel - Tom Stoppard - Arcadia, Thomasina/Septimus - Lovely and bittersweet like all fic for this play is. Marvelous dialogue every bit as witty, intricate and layered as the original.

The Smallest Chickadee by [archiveofourown.org profile] MissJess - Robert Frost - Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening, Gen - A lovely and unique alternate take on the poem, both in pov and subject.

The Conversations of Women by [archiveofourown.org profile] Aycelcus - Strangers in Paradise, Francine/Katchoo, Casey/Tambi - Wonderful, fluffy future-fic. Great attention to detail.

We Are Six by [archiveofourown.org profile] nope - Eloise/Calvin & Hobbes crossover, Gen - Eloise and Calvin have adventures. Delightfully written in the style of Eloise.

Open Beta by [archiveofourown.org profile] aristgd - Anthropomorfic, Dreamwidth/Fandom, Fandom/Livejournal - The kind of story that reminds me exactly why I love anthropomorfic. A remarkably accurate fictional representation of fandom's love affair with Dreamwidth and with Livejournal.

Delicious by [livejournal.com profile] newredshoes - Eddie Izzard Stand-Up routines - Vikings and Canadians and Nazis, oh my! Reads like it really could be an Eddie Izzard routine.

Clap, Damn You by [personal profile] naraht) - RPF - Classical Composers, Benjamin Britten/Peter Pears - Every thing I know about these guys I learned from [personal profile] naraht's posts about them. Nevertheless I was able to follow this fic with no problems at all. Witty and clever and very authentic-feeling.

Nothing Rhymes With Ignatieff But Orange by [personal profile] trouble - RPF - Canadian Politics, Gen - OMG LOVE. In which Elizabeth May runs Canadian politics from her Secret Eco-Friendly Underground Lair in New Glasgow. So. Much. Awesome.

Second Guessing by [livejournal.com profile] carlanime - RPF - Canadian Politics, Gen - Stephen Harper is plagued by self-doubt, and Peter MacKay is plagued by his crush on Stephen Harper. Unrequited love, and kittens. Well, references to kittens. Really, what's not to love!
